Can you provide certificates for council or builders?
Yes. We issue Regulation 126 Certificates and engineer reports that meet the requirements of councils, private building surveyors, and registered builders across Victoria.
Can your reports be used for VCAT or legal disputes?
Yes. We prepare formal Expert Witness Reports suitable for VCAT, DBDRV, insurance claims, and other dispute processes. Let us know upfront if your case is legal-related.
How soon can I get my inspection and report?
We typically attend within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and availability.
Verbal-only inspections are delivered on-site or same day.
Full written structural reports are usually issued within 10–12 business days, depending on complexity and engineering load.
